Greenville Trip

Looks like the Greenville trip is out. With my accident prone brother on the 15-day DL. This injury is serious enough to put a damper on the weekend. So, we had to reschedule to a later date. Even though this will be Greenville's last year of hosting the USA Pro Cycling Championship. I was sad, but Jesse and I didn't want to go without him. So we are regrouping for the next planned group event.

With Greenville in the dumpster I made a planned trip for myself. Labor Day weekend I'm driving to Atlanta to climb Brasstown Bald(Highest climb in GA). The grade on this climb is the definitely the hardest I have ever endured, but rest assure I will finish. No quit in this no old man! The profile below.

I'm so happy that my brother and Jesse are back on their bikes. Its a good feeling to have them there with me.

Texas Gator

Who knew that Lornhorns existed in the state of Florida. I saw quite a few yesterday riding my bike and took a picture of one. I was really close and at one point I thought he was going to charge, but he held off. I gave him the stare down and he knew I meant business. HA!
